Man fell down from ladder and seriously injured

In October 2015, a man used ladder to repair water pipes. Unfortunately, the foot of the ladder skidded. He fell to the floor heavily and lapsed into unconsciousness. He was diagnosed with severe traumatic brain injury, left frontal temporal lobe concussion. He was sent to intensive care unit and until now, he is still in hospital.

The European Union, CPR Regulatory body will enforce the latest Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and the Low Voltage Directive (73/23/EEC) on July 1, 2013.
The CPR Regulation covers new requirements including the following:
